Booking Policy & Ministry Session Agreement Womb of the Ancient Sun Ministry and Healing Sanctuary Sacred Nature of All Sessions All offerings provided through Womb of the Ancient Sun Ministry — including healings, mentorships, prophetic sessions, and ceremonial rites — are sacred acts of ministry, not business transactions. Sessions are held in reverence, prayer, and divine preparation. Each booking is an agreement between your soul and this sanctuary to meet in holy ground, with full presence, readiness, and respect. Booking Process - All sessions must be scheduled in advance through our online form or by direct email. - Once a request is submitted, you will receive confirmation and preparatory instructions. - Suggested donations are to be offered at the time of booking unless otherwise arranged. Cancellations & Rescheduling - Please allow at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. - Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may not be eligible for rescheduling. - Repeated missed appointments may result in a temporary pause in access to future bookings. Donations - All offerings are made by Spirit-led donation, not fee-for-service. - Donations are non-refundable, as time, prayer, and spiritual labor are given in sacred preparation whether or not you attend. - Donation receipts are available upon request, but sessions are not eligible for tax deduction unless structured as monthly tithes or annual gifts.
