Cancellation Policy

Booking Policy & Session Agreement Four Corners Healing37 L.L.C. Nature of Services: Four Corners Healing37 L.L.C. provides holistic wellness services that may include energy work, spiritual guidance, mentorship, and educational or ceremonial practices. These services are offered for personal growth and well-being and are not a substitute for medical, psychological, legal, or financial advice or treatment. All sessions require time, preparation, and focused attention and are scheduled by mutual agreement. Scheduling & Booking All sessions must be scheduled in advance through the official booking system or by direct written communication. A booking is not considered confirmed until you receive written confirmation from Four Corners Healing37 L.L.C. Payment or donation arrangements are agreed upon at the time of booking unless otherwise stated in writing. Cancellations & Rescheduling A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule a session. Sessions canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice may be forfeited and may not be eligible for rescheduling. Repeated missed appointments or late cancellations may result in a limitation or suspension of future booking privileges. Payments & Donations Payments or donations made in connection with services are non-refundable, as time and preparation are reserved in advance. No refunds will be issued for missed sessions. Donation receipts may be provided upon request; however, individual sessions are generally not tax-deductible unless explicitly stated in writing. Client Conduct & Session Readiness Four Corners Healing37 L.L.C. reserves the right to refuse, reschedule, or discontinue services if: A client engages in disruptive, unsafe, or disrespectful behavior A client appears to be under the influence of alcohol, illegal substances, or impairing drugs at the time of the session The session cannot be conducted safely or appropriately due to the client’s condition or conduct Accessibility & Financial Considerations If financial hardship prevents you from meeting the standard rate or suggested donation, you may contact Four Corners Healing37 L.L.C. to discuss potential alternative arrangements. Availability is limited and not guaranteed. Agreement By booking a session with Four Corners Healing37 L.L.C., you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to this Booking Policy & Session Agreement.
