Service Description
This is the step where your tattoo moves from vision into form. The Divine Design Deposit & Revealing is where your piece begins to take shape following your consultation. Using the direction, symbolism, and intuitive insight gathered during your session, your design is developed with intention, structure, and precision. This process is not about creating something at random—it is a continuation of what has already been recognized and aligned. Your design is built to reflect your vision, your meaning, and the placement it will live on, ensuring the final piece feels both intentional and cohesive. The “Revealing” is the moment your design is presented to you—where what has been developed is shared, reviewed, and refined if needed before moving into your tattoo session. Each design is created specifically for you and is never reused or replicated. This deposit secures: * Your custom design creation * Your place in the tattoo schedule * The continuation into your tattoo session * Design deposits are applied toward the final tattoo cost. Consultation is a separate service. *Your deposit will be applied toward your final tattoo cost. 🌿 Micro / Minimal 👉 222 total design deposit For: Very small pieces Minimal detail Simple symbols Quick session 💰 Deposit Tiers 🌿 Standard — $333 Smaller or simpler designs Minimal refinement 🔥 Advanced — $555 More detailed designs Multiple elements or symbolism Moderate refinement ⚡ Master — $666 Large or intricate pieces Multi-session work Deep customization 🔒 Policy Design deposits are applied toward the final tattoo cost. Consultation is a separate service. Deposits are non-refundable Design work begins once deposit is received Deposit is applied toward final tattoo cost Additional revisions beyond initial scope may require additional cost All custom tattoo designs are the intellectual property of Four Corners Healing37 and are not distributed digitally prior to the scheduled tattoo session. Designs are reviewed and finalized during a live Design Integration Session.”
Cancellation Policy
Booking & Payment The Sacred Tattoo Consult is a paid, scheduled session. Full payment of $222 is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment. This consultation is required prior to any design work or tattoo session. Session Format This session is 75–90 minutes in length and may be held in person or virtually, depending on availability and client location. During this time, we will explore your concept, symbolism, placement, and overall design direction through a guided consultation process. Rescheduling Policy Clients may reschedule their appointment with a minimum of 24 hours’ notice. Rescheduling requests made with less than 24 hours’ notice may result in forfeiture of the session and require a new booking. Late Arrival If you arrive late to your scheduled session, your consultation will still end at the originally scheduled time. If you are more than 15 minutes late without communication, the session may be canceled and considered a no-show. No-Show Policy Failure to attend your scheduled consultation without notice will result in forfeiture of the session. A new booking and payment will be required to reschedule. Refund Policy All consultation bookings are non-refundable. Due to the nature of this service and the time reserved, refunds will not be issued once a session is booked. Scope of Service The Sacred Tattoo Consult provides concept development, symbolic exploration, intuitive insight, and design direction. This session does not include finalized artwork or tattooing. Design work and tattoo sessions are scheduled separately following the consultation. Client Responsibility Clients are encouraged to arrive open, prepared, and with a general sense of direction for their tattoo. Final design decisions and tattoo commitments are made after the consultation and design deposit process.
