This one-on-one session is a gentle, grounded energy healing experience designed to support energetic balance, emotional clarity, and nervous system regulation. Rather than forcing change, this session creates a safe, Spirit-led container where your system can release what is no longer needed and return to a natural state of coherence. The work is paced with care and presence, allowing your body and energy field to recalibrate in a way that feels supportive and respectful. Each session is intuitively guided and focused on grounding, integration, and restoration. What to Expect: • Gentle chakra awareness and energetic balancing • Clearing of stagnant or heavy energetic patterns • Supportive sound, breath, or light-based practices • Grounding and centering techniques • Closing integration and reflective space • You remain fully conscious and clothed throughout the session. This Session May Be Supportive If You: • Feel energetically overwhelmed, scattered, or depleted • Are moving through emotional heaviness, transition, or burnout • Desire a reset after stress or intense life experiences • Are preparing for deeper healing or spiritual practice When the system feels safe, clarity returns.
