1 Cup Epsom salt or Himalayan salt

1 Cup of Pineapple Chunks Skin on or Off

32 oz of Coconut Water

3 Tablespoons of All Spice

1 Tablespoon of Frankincense Resin (Substitution) if Frankincense Not Available: 2 Tablespoons of Clove and 9 Mint Leaves)

2 Tablespoons of Chopped Fresh Ginger (substitution) If not Fresh Available use 3 Tablespoons of Ground Dry Ginger.

3 Slices of Fresh Orange

ESSENTIAL OILS ADDED AT END during cool down.

13 Drops Rosemary

13 Drops Eucalyptus

INSTRUCTIONS:

• Fill Pot with water up to halfway, 

• Add 32 oz of Coconut Water

• Add 1 Cup of Pineapple Chunks

• Add 3 Tablespoons of All Spice

• Add 1 Tablespoon of Frankincense Resin (Substitute if Necessary)

• Add 2 Tablespoons of Fresh chopped Ginger.

• Add the three slices of Orange Last here. Now with every Ingredient added Please Stir to the Right while adding your Intent. Bring All Ingredients to a Boil and turn down to medium heat and allow to simmer for an hour on the stove, allow the smell to permeate the house. While observing your creation stir occasionally and please stir always to the right, implement your intent. Once on stove for an hour, remove from heat here and strain all herbs out. All to cool for at least 30 min before you add the Last drops of essential oils to top this bath off.
