This Sound & Energy Healing Circle offers a calm, restorative group experience designed to support grounding, nervous system balance, and energetic integration at the start of the year. Using crystal singing bowls and subtle energy awareness, the session creates space for the body and mind to settle, reset, and return to a natural rhythm.
This is not a performance or a guided visualization. Participants are invited to rest, listen, and receive, allowing sound and presence to do the work gently and organically.
No prior experience is required.
